Film Features Zebulon Country Stores and Their Role in Building Community

Our annual Zebulation event will be held on November 13 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Our celebration will feature the winners of our preservation awards and our annual Zebulon Memory Project film at the Olde Raleigh Distillery in downtown Zebulon. Our films will highlight “Country Stores and Their Role in Building Community.” The recreated Walter Perry store from the Hopkins area from Jim and Becky Perry, and artifacts and tales from the Berkeley Moses Alford Store in downtown Zebulon from Tim and Sandra Richardson. In addition another 15 area country stores will be celebrated in our festivities.

Enjoy a catered meal from Parker’s Barbecue, tea, dessert, and a cash bar.
